Ground Control (GCEC), is a One-Stop Shop offering multi-disciplinary Consulting, Engineering and Construction services, with Offices in the United Kingdom and East Africa. We offer a full range of Consulting, Project Management, Ground and Structural Engineering and Construction expertise in-house.

All our highly experienced team members have worked internationally, with particularly strong experience in Africa and Asia. A solid understanding of the local markets we operate in allows us to reliably deliver projects in all types of environments, from large built-up cities to remote inhospitable terrain with challenging logistics.

We offer world leading quality, technology, value engineering and construction. We work closely with our Client’s and Partner’s to find cost effective and sustainable practical solutions that meet their requirements and then deliver these on time and budget
